They say one out of every three bites of food are made possible because of pollinators. Pollinators include birds, bees, butterflies, bats, insects, and small mammals. Without pollinators we would have a very bland diet.
In 2022, an educational pollinator garden was installed at the Rural Services Building at 225 Underwood Street, Zanesville. The garden will is open to the public and includes over 30 native plants. There are be educational signage and the individual plants are labeled.
